Le Nuove Azioni GELE saranno quotate sul Mercato Telematico Azionario organizzato e gestito da Borsa Italiana S.p.A. e attribuiranno ai loro titolari diritti equivalenti a quelli spettanti ai titolari delle azioni ordinarie di GELE in circolazione.
GELE New Shares will be listed on the “Mercato Telematico Azionario” organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. and will carry the same rights embodied in GELE outstanding shares.
